I have pink diarhea is it blood?

Last night i woke up in sweat soaked sheets and went diarrhea about 4 times, this morning i went a little and it was pink. The day before i at a stouffers lasagna and it was red, but perhaps it wasnt cook thoroughly. Should i call into work? I do NOT have health insurance, i dont think i have a fever but not sure.
