38 weeks pregnant n feeling like poop lol?

ive been having bh contractions for the past week or so now, yesterday i was at my hospital appointment and the doctor did my examination and said that the babys head is in my pelvis also decided to do a featal hart scan because my baby had been moving less latley. the scan showed babys heart was fine and that i am getting tightenings (which i think is the start of contractions im not sure) Today i feel like crap, ive got no energy im aching all over,my belly feels so heavy and feels like its pushing down and i feel like crying for nothing the babys a lot more active today which im pleased about i just wanna know whats happening to me really if anyone can help.x
