I always feel sick because of stress, but how i can i feel better even though stress will always be with me?
Nobody ever told you that you are suffering from 'emotional stress'. You can have physical stress just like we all do from time to time. And we all have emotional stress at times also. Your emotional stress is making you FEEL bad all the time. Correct me if I'm wrong, but no matter what you do, you're still piss*d off anyway, right? That's because your emotional stress has taken over, No matter what you do to try to improve things, it just never seems to work. Like it or not, I'm telling you that emotional stress has taken over your life. You must learn how to slow down (your mind) and breathe properly and learn some basic yoga or flexibility techniques. Get yourself a book on basic yoga and start to change your life for the better. E-mail me if you need a start on learning how to breathe properly. This will help you to control your anxiety and stress levels. Only you can control your own life, when you learn how to in the first place. It's up to you, because it's your life and nobody else's.
