Getting a Letterman Jacket??

I get my letterman jacket for soccer this year. I am also in the band, I wouldn't get my jacket for that until next year. Anyway my mom dose not think that I need two jackets, she is right I guess I don't. But I don't want band on the back of my soccer jacket. I kinda just want it to be soccer. How can I tell her this without making a big stink and her getting mad?
