Is virtual wallet good & can I just get these benefits from my bank?

It is an offshoot of P.N.C. bank in the states. It's directed squarely at Gen Xers. I bank at the Royal and the C.I.B.C. and have online banking I can access anytime from my phone or computer so I don''t see anything they offer that I don't have except the American exposure to bank failure. They do business in Canada but I'd rather deal with one of our banks anytime. I have an account in Vegas where we spend the winters and the bank there just isn't willing to help us the way the banks here do.
