My friend never invites me to her house and she makes a pig of herself!?

I've been friends with this girl for about 3 years now and we always hang out at my house! I'm sick of it! And when she comes over she helps herself to whatever food she wants...without asking. About a year ago I asked her why we never go to her house and she said that her parents are in the middle of some projects (painting, new floor, ect.) and it's a mess. But here's the thing; I had her over just the other day and we're doing the same stuff now. We're peeling wallpaper and remodeling the kitchen and I still had her over. I also know that she does not have a bad home situation because I've met her parents and they're really nice and I talk to her on the phone and I never hear anything bad on the other line. So....how do I drop hints to her that she's overdue to have me over??? && She's told me positive things about her house before: "My house is really small and cozy...like a cottage sort of".
