Is simply being kicked out of office enough justice? should there not be more severe repercussions?

Esp. for those who voted for obama care, an outright attack on freedom and the US Constitution and the rights of freedom they swore to uphold. Just letting them walk away with full retirement and a cozy life is not punishment. Should they not be tried for treason?
